Di has over 20 years experience in people management and training working as an Area Manager and Training Manager based in Adelaide for a large multi-national corporation, then relocating back to Mount Gambier in 2003 working for RTO’s as Training Manager and Regional Co-Ordinator. In 2008, Di established Di-Monty Training Solutions with Martin Montgomery, who left the business in 2011 to pursue other interests. Di continues to provide high quality nationally accredited training and life coaching across the South East of South Australia.
Di is currently an Alternate Director of the Stand Like Stone Foundation.
Di is also a past chairman of Women in Business & Regional Development.
Administration Manager / Trainer & Assessor
With a background in IT support, retail and business management, Damien joined the Di-Monty team in late 2011 to take on the general business administration and to develop our training programs in Information Technology. Damien has worked in the IT industry in various areas for the last 19 years providing service, advice and sales to a wide range of customers.
Trainer & Assessor
Chris comes to the training industry bringing over 20 years in retail and customer service, IT, hospitality and business management experience to our team. Chris has shown to be a vibrant and enthusiastic classroom facilitator and is eager to share his skills and experiences with everyone. Chris also shares Di’s love of everything orange!
Client Relationships and Business Development Manager
Joining our team in July of 2019, Tricia brings with her a wealth of experience in customer relationships, business development and human resources. Tricia has worked in both office and retail environments and boasts a short stint in a factory. Having worked over 10 years in a managerial capacity, her vast experiences quantify to a great level of understanding and appreciation of sound HR principles.
